  • Provide an incubator space for female, Black and Indigenous led-organizations

  • Provide low-cost services for marginalized groups

  • Reduce barriers for parents, in particular mothers re-entering the workforce

  • Use collaborative practices to support community initiatives and have a positive social impact

  • Reduce stress and workload of parents by providing onsite flexible childcare, while parents can access wellness services, and access to workspace

  • Reduce carbon footprint by providing a location for parents, small businesses and entrepreneurs to access a variety of wellness services under one roof

Collaborative Practices

OneSpace is committed to collaborating with small business partners to deliver the most effective services to clients and our broader community. We ask that our Collective partners commit to collaborating with fellow small businesses to offer affordable services and remain open to the chance to barter/trade their services. Our intention isn't to influence the cost of services or recommend a bartering rate, we just ask that our community stays open to the possibility of trading services with fellow businesses and entrepreneurs in a way that is mutually beneficial.
