Neurodivergent Friendly Coworking

From quiet work spaces, to natural lighting, to high-protein snacks, OneSpace was designed from its inception to meet the needs of neurodivergent individuals.

See our full list of work spaces and amenities.

Why OneSpace Works for Neurodiverse People

  1. Comfortable and Welcoming: OneSpace feels like you are working from home, but not at home. A no-judgment space in which you can dress how you want, work how you want, and socialize how (and when) you want.

  2. Desk Nooks: Hot desks are in our double-height lofted main floor with all desks tucked into nooks with dividers. This gives a sense of privacy while still benefiting from body doubling effect of having people working nearby.

  3. Low Stimulation Ambience: Enjoy calm and quiet with lots of natural and soft lighting and an abundance of plants.

  4. Complimentary Snacks & Drinks: High protein snacks and coffee on-hand.

  5. Variety of Work Spaces: Move freely between spaces depending on your energy levels, capacity for socialization, and which work space gives the dopamine on that particular day.

  6. Community: Lots of ND/ADHD people to connect with, bounce ideas off, and make you feel welcome and at home.

Peace and Productivity

“Elizabeth imagined, designed, and launched OneSpace in the midst of early motherhood, and with a deep understanding of the struggles of being an introverted entrepreneur, and years before her ADHD diagnosis.

By identifying the things she needed to find balance and pursue her passions and bringing them together into one location, OneSpace was born. Above all, Elizabeth wanted a place where she and others felt welcomed, comfortable, and supported.”
