OneSpace Holiday Gift Guide

We’ve rounded up some of the services and products offered by our talented Members to provide a little holiday gifting inspiration.

Included are two of the charities that we partner with if you’re looking for ways to give back this holiday season.

Cayley Benjamin - Coach & Facilitator, specializing in Motherhood

The Gift: Motherhood Coaching Programs; 1:1, groups sessions or group virtual workshops. Gift cards available.

A bit about Cayley: Cayley has coached and led workshops and retreats for thousands of people globally throughout her career. Becoming a mother herself was the catalyst for this business. She saw firsthand that the mother is often the afterthought, yet she is essential in families and in society. A mother is always evolving and becoming the mother that is needed at this current stage, and she needs support throughout this evolution.

Her current work coaching moms is the culmination of her psychology and sociology studies, her experience leading personal and leadership development work, her study and teaching of yoga and meditation, her own experience as a mother, conversations with moms in different environments, and learning from midwives, doulas, sociologists and psychologists. She has also been mentored by the world’s leading researcher on matrescence, Dr. Aurelie Athan at Columbia University, and completed my Motherhood Studies Practitioner Certification with Dr. Sophie Brock, Motherhood Studies Sociologist. Learn more about Cayley, and explore her programs.
